Dominion Harbor entity, Bunker Hill, second EV patent prior art found

Unified Patents, through its subsidiary Unified IP Services, plans to release charted prior art on Bunker Hill patents weekly until its assertion of invalid patents ceases. This is the second patent to be released.

Unified’s IP Services using Pearl successfully identified and charted prior art against a patent owned by Bunker Hill , an NPE and entity of Dominion Harbor Enterprises. U.S. Patent 8,487,582 generally focuses on technology related to electric drive systems, including hybrid and electric vehicles, as well as stationary drives subjected to transient or pulsed loads.

The prior art was found and charted by Alejandro Borge & Oscar Arguello of Unified IP Services and Elaine Chow of Unified Patents.

$2,000 awarded for Proxense authentication patent prior art

The team at Unified IP Services used Pearl to successfully identify and chart prior art against a patent owned by Bunker Hill, an NPE and entity of Dominion Harbor Enterprises. U.S. Patent 10,442,296 generally focuses on a system for hybrid electric vehicles, optimizing how power and propulsion are managed within such vehicles.

The prior art was found and charted by Alejandro Borge and Oscar Jarquin of Unified IP Services and Elaine Chow of Unified Patents.

$2,000 for IP Investments Group entity, eComm Innovations, web layout patent prior art

Unified Patents added a new PATROLL contest, with a $2,000 cash prize, seeking prior art on at least claim 1 of U.S. Patent 7,409,635, owned by eComm Innovations LLC, an NPE and entity of IP Investments Group. The '635 patent focuses on advancements in data processing, specifically aiming at improving layout and rendering techniques in web and print publishing.

Submitted invalidity charts must address every limitation of the challenged claim. This may require using more than one prior art reference. Gross. The '497 patent details systems and methods for detecting network security threats through application data flow and connection lineage tracing within enterprise, cloud, and IoT environments. It focuses on collecting connection and application execution information, tracking users, and machines involved to identify suspicious activities. It has been asserted against Splunk, Rapid7, and Wallarm.
